The Initial D cast: Now Available as BrickHead Models

Initial-D CaDA BrickHeads

In the story Initial D, street racers burn rubber in Japan's mountainous interior. The comic incorporates precise engineering and driving tactics because experienced street racers were involved. However, the fan base has grown beyond auto aficionados because of common Japanese manga motifs like likable characters, growth via hard effort, and personal anxieties.

Unique BrickHead models for some of the main characters in Shuichi Shigeno's highly regarded series are now part of Cada Bricks' Initial D Series. Fans of the series will recognize each BrickHead right away, and they are enjoyable to construct, each containing about 150 pieces.

The Initial D characters that Cada Bricks currently offers as BrickHead models are as follows:

Takumi Fujiwara

Takumi, the series' protagonist, is arguably Japan's most well-known tofu delivery driver. He has quietly developed into one of the best racers in the world thanks to years of perfecting his craft on the dangerous, winding, difficult mountain roads of Gunma prefecture in rural Japan. A mere coincidence inspires a sense of honour and ambition in him, motivating him to begin participating in his Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86, even though he was not initially interested in street racing or competition. His shy demeanour belies a stubborn and intensely motivated driver.

Keisuke Takahashi

The hot-blooded and instinctive half of the Takahashi twins is Keisuke, Takumi's initial opponent and eventual teammate. During a trial run with his Mazda RX-7, Keisuke Takahashi was overtaken by a basic Toyota Trueno AE86, shattering his pride and making him a sore loser. He would eventually work with Takumi as one of the prominent leaders of the new Project D team.

Ryosuke Takahashi

Ryosuke, the captain of the Akagi RedSuns and later Project D, is known by his nickname, The White Comet of Akagi. Ryosuke, a driver with a strategic and tactical mindset, had never lost until he met Takumi. This led him to form a new team with the racing prodigy and his brother Keisuke. He served as a mentor to both, teaching them to master their senses to improve.

Kyoichi Sudou

One of the top racers in the world, Kyoichi is a highly trained driver. He drives calmly and strategically, just like his competitor Ryosuke of Project D. He is adamant about his official training and Mitsubishi Lancer's prowess, and he is arguably the first driver to overcome Takumi after the latter's engine blew out.

Natsuki Mogi

Takumi's first girlfriend, Natsuki, is the only one who doesn't freak out when he drives the Trueno AE86. Ultimately, her complex past proves to be a massive test for Takumi and herself.

For brick enthusiasts and collectors wishing to expand their collection with an Initial D motif, each BrickHead makes an excellent display piece. Fans of the original D must be collectible!
